Important Last Minute Christmas Order Information

As December begins and we hurtle towards Christmas, more and more of you are turning your attention to gift shopping and we wanted to make sure our last minute Christmas order information was nice and clear for you. We appreciate you have a lot on your mind at the moment particularly this year with the additional health worries and deciding how to see family safely. To help you we will list important dates below. Please bear in mind that all our items except for inkless paw print kits and gift certificates are handcrafted to order so they do take time to create.

 

 

7th December – First Christmas Order Deadline (UK orders)

Order deadline for sterling silver paw print jewellery and personalised paw print stamps.

We must have your order placed by midnight 7th December and paw prints submitted to us as quickly as possible so we can do our best to get your order with you in time for Santa Paws to deliver it.  If you submit your paw prints to us after midnight 7th December we will do our very best to create and post your order in time for Christmas but those orders where prints were received by 7th December will take priority, we hope you understand.  Prints sent back within a few days of 7th December should be fine but if you leave it later there is a chance you won’t have your finished order in time for Christmas.

14th December – Last Minute Christmas Order Information for Jewellery

Jewellery orders placed between 8th and 14th December.  Order deadline for sterling silver paw print. raised paw print, paw pad print and pet fur/cremation ashes jewellery ordered on our Express Service is midnight 14th December (additional £30 per charm, keyring or pair of cufflinks etc).  Please select express service on the jewellery page when you place your order.

 

We must have your paw prints submitted to us or pet fur/cremation ashes returned to us by midnight 14th December and your finished jewellery will be posted by 21st December Royal Mail Special Delivery.  If your paw prints, pet fur or cremation ashes reach us after midnight 14th December we will do our very best to create your order and get it to you in time for Christmas but those orders where prints were with us on time will take priority.  Thank you for your understanding with this.

 

20th December 12pm midday – Last Minute Christmas Order Information For Final Orders!

Final order deadline for inkless paw print kits and gift certificates, all of which will be posted first class.  We can’t guarantee these will arrive by Christmas but are posting out as quickly as we possibly can and they should be with you in time for Christmas according to Royal Mail’s deadlines.

Also, you can order silver paw print jewellery, personalised paw print stamps & gifts and give the inkless paw print kit on Christmas Day and then submit paw prints after Christmas for your items to be created.  Any orders placed after 12pm midday 20th December will still be posted as soon as possible but may not arrive with you before Christmas.

 

A small note on International orders, you can still place your orders from outside of the UK but please be aware whilst we will ensure your inkless paw print kits will be posted out as soon as possible, they may not arrive with you by Christmas.  International post has been more unpredictable this year due to Covid-19 and the sharp increase in online shopping.
