Proud Father Commisssions Truly Unique Cufflinks for his Daughter’s Wedding…

It’s been a busy time at Cheeky Little Prints HQ recently, launching the new personalised stamps and gearing up for Christmas.  There have been plenty of other things going on in the background too like planning for my Little Sister’s Wedding!  It was a real family affair with the usual snippets of stress that you always get when organising a big event such as a Wedding.

The final preparations…

The last couple of weeks have been particularly hectic with final preparations, dress fittings and suit fittings.   I took my two Son’s to have their final suit fitting to check everything fitted and they understood what they would be wearing on the big day.  Wow it was a mission getting them into all the layers; shirt, waist coat, cravat and jacket but we managed it and they looked absolutely amazing!

A truly unique design…

My Dad knew he would need cufflinks to go with the formal shirt that was being hired with the suit and although he has several pairs at home, they were not what he wanted.  My Dad wanted something special, something unique that had been created especially for his Daughter’s wedding, something he couldn’t just buy in a shop or online.  So he got to work thinking about how he wanted his bespoke cufflinks to look and he presented me with a drawing and asked if it was possible.  I jumped at the chance of creating these extra special cufflinks and loved the design my Dad had come up with.  It was evident the design had been carefully thought about to encompass everything he wanted, including my Mum.

Worn with pride…

So I got to work creating these stunning sterling silver cufflinks and they were hand delivered to him the day before the wedding.  My Dad was absolutely over the moon with the cufflinks he had thoughtfully designed and could not wait to wear them with pride on his youngest Daughter’s special day.  You can see a few photos of the big day below, everyone loves a good wedding don’t they! 🙂
